Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
Custom or personalized orders
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact us via email at info@dugimago.com with the subject line "Return Request" and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item(s).
c. Pack your item(s) securely, including the original packaging, and enclose a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
d. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it with an identical item at no additional cost to you. Please follow the return process outlined above and specify in your email that you would like an exchange due to a defective or damaged item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dugimago.com.
